Hello,
I am new to the forum, but not new to working on PCs and fixing Windows problems. I have a system with a clean install of Windows 7 Pro 64-Bit that is having a problem installing Windows Update KB3068708. I ran SFC /SCANNOW which did not find any errors and SURT which did not fix the problem. I then ran "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth" which had errors in the logfile for mismatched file names and a missing payload file. My searches to resolve this issue have lead me here. I am hoping you can help as this is my last resort before blowing everything away and starting over again. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer.
I have run SFC fix.exe, which has found 6 corruptions. The SFCfix, SURT and CBS logs are attached.

I would also be interested in learning how to use the SFCfix tool for repairing problems. Is there any documentation on this or instruction you could provide.
