Can't fix Windows 8.1 corrupted files

So i followed this thread to try to fix my corrupted files but even after my DISM run(saying that it fixed the corrupted files), my scannow said that i still had corrupted files. I'll have my SFCfix log attached. View attachment SFCFix.txt
