[SOLVED] Can't find PEProvider.dll to run DISM

Hello everybody, :wave:

After some troubles in re-activating Windows Updates, I ran DISM but it failed too with the error 87.
As the msg is not really explainful,

I then ran SFC /restorehealth which failed again
Among the log, I could find two warnings pointing on the lack of PEProvider.dll
"Failed to Load the provider: C:\Users\BERNARD\AppData\Local\Temp\8C6D9E41-FF07-48E8-A411-9AC1BCDCD48B\PEProvider.dll"

Not sure these are directly linked but anyway they must be fixed.

Do you have any idea to recover this .dll It seems not to be so easy...
