Can't create new user account/profile

I tried creating a new user by click on "add someone else to this pc" but nothing happens. A box tries to pop up but quickly exits.

Is there another way to create another user account/profile?

Fixed by using the command prompt and the following command:

net user <username> <password> /ADD

Nope I had to re-upgrade with the media creation tool. Been doing this several times now. Errors like not being able to open powershell or open search or click on the search box keep happening. Damn windows 10

Does WIN+S bring up the search box?

I'll have to try it if the issue comes up again. I've already initiated an upgrade. Hey how do I go back to the mobile forum site ? I clicked full site and now I can't go back on my phone.

I tried and it does bring up the search. I wonder if it will work when the search is not clickable. But we shouldn't have to work around these bugs ... Microsoft needs to fix them

Clear the cache. Then select mobile skin.
