Hi all,
I have been trying to update IE for awhile now, but keep getting error 9c57. I'm also getting updates that I download, show up as successful in the update history, but are not showing up in my installed updates list. They are continuously in my windows update for download. I tried downloading IE from the standalone installer, but got a message that I needed updates, which I also did manually. Nothing has been working. I have noticed that my MS Office updates are showing as 32-bit edition, but my specs are 64-bit edition, so not sure if that matters. I'm including the 6 updates that I keep getting for download, along with the other posting requirements. I would like to get this fixed, so I can get Windows 10, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
