Why would you want to downgrade to a unsecure browser, the reason they have been upgraded and replaced if because of security holes the can't/won't be patched?

S scrubsja Member Joined Dec 15, 2013 Posts 17 Dec 21, 2013 #3 The reason I need to downgrade is that my version of IE 10 is corrupted. I have no access to Internet Explorer options or the address bar. I cannot upgrade to IE 11 either.

From a elevated command prompt run sfc /scannow > Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files
