Cannot Uninstall/Downgrade IE 10

Cannot uninstall/downgrade by the regular methods. I installed IE 9 and 10 via downloaded *.exe installation files and the system restore points have been overwritten.

What OS are you using(XP, Vista, Win7, Win8, Win8.1, 32 or 64 bit)?

Why would you want to downgrade to a unsecure browser, the reason they have been upgraded and replaced if because of security holes the can't/won't be patched?

The reason I need to downgrade is that my version of IE 10 is corrupted. I have no access to Internet Explorer options or the address bar. I cannot upgrade to IE 11 either.

Good possibility of a malware infection I've never seen IE become corrupt without some outside help.

From a elevated command prompt run sfc /scannow > Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files
