Cannot Repair prnacla.inf after running SFCFix

This problem showed itself when outlook would not open, nor IE, Chrome or Firefox. I'm running WIn 8.1 on lenovo Ideapad U530 touch.
THrough various research I ran across the test for corrupt file and found that prnacla.inf was found to be corrupt and could not be automatically repaired with MS utility. Ran across this forum and found similar corrupt file error, so ran the SFCFix.exe. THe attached log indicates it couldn't fix the file.

THe attached files are SFCDetails that shows all the records MS utility ran through and contains the 4 rows showing the prnacla.inf file is corrupt. The prnacla.inf.txt contains only the 4 lines from the previous log file. THen there is the log file after running SFCFix.

What more info can I provide or hopfully this is enough to take next steps.

I would like to see the full CBS log please from a fresh SFC scan please. SFCDetials doesn't show enough information to troubleshoot.

SFC /SCANNOW

1. Right click on the
   
   button
2. Click on Command prompt (Admin) => Press Yes on the prompt
3. Inside the Command Prompt windows copy and paste the following command SFC /SCANNOW
4. Please wait for this to Finish before continuing with rest of the steps.

Convert CBS.log to CBS.txt

1. Right click on the
   
   button
2. Click on Run => Inside the run box copy and paste the following command:
   

   cmd /c copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"

3. Press Enter
4. Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt => Please upload CBS.txt to this thread
