Cannot repair Amd64\CNBJ2530.DPB

Hi, my laptop runs under Windows 8.1 (64-bit). I have been facing some graphic problem with it, for instance the screen locks and does not scroll. I ran sfc/scannow and noted a "cannot repair" error. Would like to request assistance on this if possible pls. Thanks.

PS: I am not very literate with computer hardware/software jargons. Appreciate your patience.

• Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it on your desktop.
• Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
