The installation failed in SAFE_OS phase with an error during INSTALL_UPDATES operation (0xC1900101 - 0x20003)
To add extra spice to the issue, it seems that sfcfix crashes on my computer, after accepting all the disclaimers something goes horribly wrong and crash dump is created which has been hopefully automatically submitted to the maintainers. This is Windows 10 Home build 19041.685 running on SSD drive.
- Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore (completes successfully)
- Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup (error 14098 The component store has been corrupted)
- Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth (error 4448 The WOF driver encountered a corruption in the compressed file's Resource Table.)
- Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (same as above)
The installation failed in SAFE_OS phase with an error during INSTALL_UPDATES operation (0xC1900101 - 0x20003)
