Couple of days ago, my display card GTX 980 fried (smoke and all). Everything else seems to be in order now that I have backup display card in place, but windows is now corrupted probably due to sudden power loss during the incident. I have tried running
  1. Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore (completes successfully)
  2. Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup (error 14098 The component store has been corrupted)
  3. Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth (error 4448 The WOF driver encountered a corruption in the compressed file's Resource Table.)
  4. Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (same as above)
They all fail. I have tried running sfc /scannow, it completes 100% but says that it has found corruption it cannot fix. Then I tried windows repair install but it failed like so:
The installation failed in SAFE_OS phase with an error during INSTALL_UPDATES operation (0xC1900101 - 0x20003)

To add extra spice to the issue, it seems that sfcfix crashes on my computer, after accepting all the disclaimers something goes horribly wrong and crash dump is created which has been hopefully automatically submitted to the maintainers. Hopefully somebody is able to help me, it is a pain to make a clean install of windows and then all other software. Thank you in advance.

I have attached CBS.log that indicates at least some of the sore points.
This is Windows 10 Home build 19041.685 running on SSD drive.

Anybody that can help? My system kinda seems to work, but these issues remain.

Thank you so much. Your fix script fixed most difficult problems, after it was run successfully (SFCFix.exe did not crash, even though running it alone did) the sfc /scannow did not work, it found still some corrupted files it was unable to correct. Fortunately now Dism started to work without any other errors except source files not found. This I was able to fix using instructions here: How to fix DISM 0x800f081f Error in Windows 10/8 (Solved) - wintips.org - Windows Tips & How-tos
i.e. download windows.iso using installation tool, extract proper windows.wim image from the .esd installer and then run dism commands in proper order and finally sfc /scannow worked and was able to fix issues so everything should be working normally now.

Big thank you!

p.s. trying to figure out how to mark this thread as solved, but I'm unable to do it
