Cannot install IE 9/10/11

I cannot install any of the updates that are required to install IE 9. I've downloaded SFCFix.exe, the output is attached.

It found just 23187 corrupted entries! :lol:
Above half was fixed, 14647.

How to proceed? Thank you!.

This is the largest SFCFix log I have ever seen!!!!

Please follow the instructions Here to run the System Update Readiness Tool. When the SURT finishes installing, copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) the contents of the SURT log into your next post please:
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.persist.log

This is a lot of errors:

 Found 19508 errors
  CBS Watchlist Package Missing Total count: 9242
  CBS Watchlist Component Missing Total count: 10266

Can you please run SFCFix one more time, Once SFCFix has completed please run SURT again and post a copy of the CHECKSUR.log. If SFCFix is not able to automatically repair these corruptions, you will be looking at a repair install of Windows
