Please do that first, than go ahead with step 3.

Does the file "C:\Windows\Servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-Client-Drivers-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.7601.17514.cat" exists ? The log file you attached shows it was added to the zip file but it is not in the zip file.
