It is a Dell Inspiron 1525 running Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit. Currently, they have IE 9 and for the past two hours I have been unable to install these updates. I have all the current KB updates as required by Microsoft (Can't install Internet Explorer 10 in Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2). I tried running the Microsoft Fixit program but it could not keep this error from happening. Then, I tried the advice detailed @ this article (Internet Explorer Error Code 9C59 Solution - Yahoo Voices - voices.yahoo.com) but while I ran the copied command in the Command Prompt, I repeatedly got a message saying Access Denied. This happened whether I ran the Command Prompt as a normal user or as an Administrator. I'm not sure what else to do so any help would be much appreciated. Hardware: Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo T5550 @ 1.83 GhZ Memory - 2 GB Video Card - Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset OS - Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 Build 7601 HD - Western Digital WD3200BEKT-60F3T1 ATA device (300 GB) Note: I tried uploading the CBS.zip file using your uploader, but it was too big for it so I have included a link to Dropbox with the file instead. If that is not allowed, I will remove it from this post. https://www.dropbox.com/s/s07ozapprt8gfho/CBS.zip

It is now in the system tray but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. Where can I find the tag number for the computer? Or does it take a while to tell the user which drivers need to be updated? Also, all of the drivers are for Windows XP or Windows Vista 32-bit. This laptop uses Windows 7 64-bit, so which drivers should I install.
