Can not repair windows 8.1 pro!

Hello. I had windows 8, tried to update but failed. Now i can not open computer. It gives errors. Refresh, restore none of those worked or commands.

I did this in safe mode. I could go into safe mode once.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations

it said but after that, still cant open. I dont want to reset. What can i do?

This is my cbs file in zip format. I dont know what to post. I can only go into safe mode in that windows 8 and carry to this computer.

You haven't attached anything to the post, select Go Advanced and then the paperclip icon.
