We may be able to find something in the event logs as to why they aren't being generated. Bugcheck codes are logged in the event logs as decimal equivalents, so you've actually had Stop 0xEF and Stop 0x154.

When I first purchased the computer it had its own integrated GPU and also only one ram installed. I have installed my own GPU and after 1 year then installed another ram. The issue is that my computer keeps on crashing randomly and stops all processes then gives me a blue screen of death. Sometimes the applications will work and then not work like a light switch for 5 minutes before it starts working again. I ended up getting someone else to reinstall windows 10 for me and it then started working fine for about 5-7 months. Another thing I realised is that when playing games like League of Legends or Valorant the PC doesn't crash or if it does, it's very rare. There does appear to be an issue with the dump files being created. This can be caused by a few different reasons. Unfortunately, the issue is going to be much more difficult to debug without any dump files, although, I suspect that the issue is more likely to be hardware related. For now, I'll recommended running MemTest86 for at least 8 passes (will require two runs) - Test RAM with PassMark MemTest86
