If you have more than one monitor in the "extend these displays" mode, please verify the following.
If you grab the top of a Window and attempt to move it to your other monitor by sliding your mouse cursor along the top edge of your display, you will get "stuck" in the corner and if "Snap" is enabled, you will "see" sonar type ripples come out of the corner. The only way to continue is to drag your mouse and window down a bit and out of the corner, then you can proceed to the other monitor.
I believe this is part of the "Snap" feature for "Hot Corners" but it seems Hot Corners don't work the same in W10 as in W8. If I disable Snap, I no longer see the ripple effect, but I am still stuck in the corner.
Another poster reported this and I duplicated it here but before I report it as a bug, I want to verify disabling this "feature" is not some simple setting we have overlooked.
