  • A brief description of your problem (but you can also include the steps you tried)
  • Built this system for my Neice. All was going well until various bluescreens. Have reinstalled windows 3 times and always get differing error messages. Sorry don't have any data from previous blue screens as i have reinstalled windows 2 or 3 times since. Some point to graphics driver, some kernel, have done basic mem tests and downloaded manufacturer software to scan m.2 ssd. No errors there. Reseated Gpu and ssd and tried diff ram chips in every config.. Still bsod's
  • I have also tried previously another newer psu 650 watt one 3 weeks ago, still had issues.
  • I thought i knew my way around a pc but could sure use some help with this one if poss please. SO thanks in advance.

I was just looking through the logs i sent and noticed that the ram was only showing 8gb. I took the 2 dimms out and reseated / swapped dim slots too and it is now showing 16gb again. Very strange! will see if it crashes again soon. Not sure if this means it's 100 pct boom proof faulty ram. May have been a seating issue, time will tell. If you want me to resend the files i will gladly just let me know, Rob
