BSODs after cold reboot

After upgrade/fresh install Im getting BSOD , only after cold reboot (after about 1 hour PC off ) ,with the message; "IRQL not less or equal ACPI.sys"
Upgrading from Win10x64 1607 to 1703 . Never BSODs on 1607 , all hardware ( 32GB , SSD with OS , 2 HDDs ,ASUS Z97-K ) almost 2 years old.
Latest drivers with nVidia-card,never problems , untill upgrading to 1703 ! Only after cold reboot, never with PC on/ rebooting.

Please, have a look on my crash-report and if you need more info for solving this problem let me know , I sure appreciate some help..........
