But seems it doesn't finish. I have now waited over 30 minutes, but it still says in the Adminstrator window: Waiting for Systeminfo. There are also 3 cmd-windows active: BSOD_Win7Vista9, ...10 and ...11. How long should the test take?

P Patrick Sysnative Staff Joined Jun 7, 2012 Posts 4,618 Jul 10, 2014 #3 Hi, There's a known issue in which it takes at times an extremely long time to collect network information, but if it's hanging anywhere else, please cancel it, delete the output folder (in Documents) and then re-run it. We've ironed it out mostly in the upcoming version (soon...), but it's still there for the most part.
