BSOD_Windows7_Vista_v2.64_jcgriff2_ don't finish

I have started the BSOD_Windows7_Vista_v2.64_jcgriff2_ according to the instructions on https://www.sysnative.com/forums/bs...ctions-windows-8-1-8-7-and-windows-vista.html.

But seems it doesn't finish.
I have now waited over 30 minutes, but it still says in the Adminstrator window: Waiting for Systeminfo.
There are also 3 cmd-windows active: BSOD_Win7Vista9, ...10 and ...11.

How long should the test take?

Hmm, strange, it shouldn't take long at all.

Are you an administrator on your system?
Have you ran the collection tool as administrator?

Hi,

There's a known issue in which it takes at times an extremely long time to collect network information, but if it's hanging anywhere else, please cancel it, delete the output folder (in Documents) and then re-run it.

No problem.

We're working it out. We've ironed it out mostly in the upcoming version (soon...), but it's still there for the most part. For now, this quote applies:

A bug is only an undocumented feature that may be removed in the next release.
