My system seems to crash with Quicktime or iTunes running. Can't seem to upload PERFMON, after lots of tries. Uploader breaks, including simple one.

Software Concerns:
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility Public
Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility\AsrAppCharger Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility\AsrAppCharger Public
Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility\ASRock eXtreme Tuner Public:Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility\ASRock eXtreme Tuner Public
Recommend removing your ASRock utilities through Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Uninstall a program. They can provide software interfaces with the hardware for overclocking, and even when the overclock is not enabled, that interface can cause instability. They are also not needed for the system to function properly and may reduce system resources.

Recommendations:
First, remove the ASRock utilities as stated above.

Also, update the driver above by following the link for the driver name.

If that does not resolve the issue:
  1. Remove AVG with the AVG Remover utility.
  2. Replace with Microsoft Security Essentials to test.
  3. If the problem does not go away after removing AVG, its removal may at least help pinpoint the actual problem. Sometimes, 3rd party antivirus programs can mask the true causes.

I should also mention that USB wireless network devices are inherently unreliable. USB does not supply the power to provide stable wireless networking, and it may result in the crashes you are seeing, especially with the ASRock USB App Charger utilities installed. Those utilities place the USB ports in an unnatural power state and may cause further instability.
