Hi. . .

Unfortunately, the 2 dumps were of no help to us as they listed "Unknown Module" as the probable cause -
Code:
Probably caused by : Unknown_Image ( ANALYSIS_INCONCLUSIVE )

See if Driver Verifier flags any 3rd party drivers - https://www.sysnative.com/forums/bs...er-bsod-related-windows-10-8-1-8-7-vista.html

Hi

Thanks a lot !
Your Code reminds me that my windows explorer has always stopped working, maybe that's the reason.
I will try to fix it and also do what "axe0" said.

Regards.

William

Hi!
Thanks very much for helping me !
I have to admit that I never update my os, maybe you are right , I will update it right now.
And Mircopoint, I suspect it a long time ago , now it's time to change another defender!

Thanks again.

Regards.

William

You should have several hundred Windows Updates installed.

Please install ALL outstanding Windows Updates immediately.

Not doing so can absolutely lead to BSODs.

@axe0 - nice catch!

I solved my problem. Thanks everyone who helped me! I really appreciate it.

I have done several things:

1.Intalled 300+ hotfixes.
2.Remove Micropoint.
3.Scanned for virus.
4.Reinstalled my video driver.

Hope can help other people!

Regards...
