Ok so I installed a fresh copy of windows 11 on a completely new ssd(different from the one on which w10 is installed)and it still crashed, bsod with random stopcodes and only when idle, can I now be sure that this is a hardware issue?

Could you please run the log collection tool again? You will need to do this for every crash.
