Information: Blue screen of DEATH happens in the middle of gaming (any game really). I tried rolling back my driver and that wasn't apparently the problem. Thought it might be spyware/malware but I removed all I could find, and did a disk cleanup/optimization. Nothing has helped so far, would appreciate assistance. Let me know what else you need to know.

Well I created a restore point so I could use the driver verifier and now I get a BSOD before windows can even load up (after the BIOS during the windows loading icon screen it will BSOD). What can be done now? Safe mode apparently doesn't help.

I often find it useful in these cases to split the list of drivers in half, run verfier on drivers from A to M, if windows starts you pretty much know the rouge driver is in the N to Z list, keep narrowing it down until you find the offending driver.

Actually, I re-installed windows so it could function. I still got the BSOD so I have ran the verifier for 24 hours.
My computer froze once but did not BSOD, so I don't think it produced a file.

If you've had another crash, then please run the log collection tool again. You'll need to do this for each subsequent crash.

Yes, I kept it running after the crash occured. I am just curious as to what the next step is now that it has ran for 24 hours.

Once you reinstall not much is the same, the system will continue to evolve as you add programs and drivers update themselves.
So a new BSOD is all we will have to go on.

You mentioned that you had a BSOD after clean installing the system. Could you please run the log collection tool again?

BSOD after saving a restore point, then my screen froze after the clean install (but did not go to the BSOD screen, it just froze and I had to restart my computer)
I was under the impression that the driver verifier was the log collection tool. I am still running the driver verifier. Is this what you mean?

To clarify, you had a BSOD before clean installing your operating system?

Is this what you mean?
No, Driver Verifier and the log collection tool (SysnativeFileCollectionApp) are entirely different programs. I would disable Driver Verifier for now by entering the following command in Command Prompt:

Rich (BB code):
verifier /reset

I found the collection log tool and ran it just now.

I do believe my computer is crashing because of Spotify (while gaming), but it hasn't given me any BSOD. But yes, before clean install I was getting BSOD while gaming and not just a crash. (By crashing, I mean my computer is just freezing and not functioning so I have to restart).

No nevermind about the previous post. I am still getting BSOD and I have no idea why it is occuring. But, it mainly occurs when I have a lot of programs running (I think).

There doesn't appear to be any dump files and I can't see any evidence of any new bugchecks in the event logs. Is the system just hanging or actually producing a BSOD?

Yeah all of my crashes I had to manually shut off my computer so maybe they didn't produce an event log.
However, I just recently had two crashes that actually automatically restarted my computer so I ran another collection log.

There isn't any dump files or evidence in the logs which indicate that you're experiencing BSOD crashes. You seem to be facing a different issue. If take into account the age of the system and the clean install, then this is likely a hardware issue.

I would recommend running Samsung Magician SSD tests - Samsung Magician Software | Samsung V-NAND SSD

Today is 01/19/2022.
There were approximately 8 unexpected shutdowns and restarts since 01/13/2022.

How many were manual power offs?
How many were spontaneous?

Consider upgrading the BIOS and checking hardware.
