BSOD while copying files from USB external hard drive - Windows 7 x64

This may be difficult to debug without a Kernel Memory Dump, although, it seems that it originates from some form of disk error.

Have you checked you have installed the latest firmware? Does the error only occur when transferring files?

Code:
6: kd> [COLOR=#008000]lmvm mwac[/COLOR]
start end module name
fffff880`0b143000 fffff880`0b155000 mwac T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: mwac.sys
    Image path: \??\C:\Windows\system32\drivers\mwac.sys
    Image name: mwac.sys

Have you checked you have the latest version of Malwarebytes Web Access Control, or the security suite which it belongs to? It seems to be possibly outdated.

How do I go about collecting the Kernel Memory Dump? Any guide will be helpful.
Yes, BSOD only occurs when transferring files.
Do you recommend to remove Malwarebytes in this case? Is it the root cause of the BSOD?
Thanks a million.

Is it the root cause of the BSOD?

Like Harry said, it'd be a guessing game without a kernel.

Check C:\Windows for a file called MEMORY.DMP, and if it's there, upload it somewhere and paste the link to it here for us to download.
