[SOLVED] BSOD when running solidworks simulation

I have a user that is running Windows 7 and it BSOD when they're in solid work running a simulation. The issue looked like it was overclocking or heat related, but I've verified with the user this is not the case. Has anyone seen an error like this, it looks kinda unique? "a clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval"
