Hi,

I had BSOD issues (IRQL..not less or equal) few times since I upgrade from W8 to W10 pro x64 - 10 days ago. Last one happend 4 days ago. In the meantime I have uninstall or reinstall some apps and upgrade drivers and fix some sfc /scannow errors with great help of BrianDrab and jcgriff2.

- I had some rarely happening issues with audio (on W8 too) - crackling sound (any player) for which I can not find the reason..When I replay the song - it is ok.
- IE crashes on W10, do not know the reason, so now I am using Edge.
- No other issues..

My system is custom assembled desktop PC 7-8 yrs old - ASUS P8P67 Pro motherboard, 16gb ram, Radeon HD6670 video card, Juli@ Esi soundcard with spdif output to external DAC, 3xHDD internal (WD and Seagate) + 3 x HDD Seagate external.

I would like to ask for check up what is making the BSOD problem (if it still exists). Needed files are attached.
Any suggestion on audio problem???

Thks in advance.
Nenadius

Hi. . .

There were no mini kernel memory dump files in the attached zip file.

I did check msinfo32 WERCON section and found that you've had 12 BSODs -

If you're using an app like CCleaner, un-check "memory dumps" from the deletion/cleaning settings so that dumps files will remain in-tact.

Regards. . .

jcgriff2

p.s. Also check system crash settings to make sure yours is set to "automatic" dump file. You can find the crash settings in Control Panel; System; Advanced System Settings

EDIT: make sure that your audio drivers are updated.

Make sure that BIOS is updated.

Those are the only 2 items that I can think of for audio issues.

Probably your network driver from the looks of WER.

Probably your network driver from the looks of WER.

Thks for quick answer.
- I have disable CC Cleaner and Advanced SystemCare and will wait for next BSOD to give you fresh details.....
- Automatic mini dump was setup correct.
- Audio driver is new one, but will check up for UEFI/BIOS update..
- Network Adapter is old TP-LINK TF3200, for which manufacturer did not update driver for 6 yrs, so maybe
(if it causes BSOD) the best solution will be to buy new network adapter.

Thks for yr help

Network Adapter is old TP-LINK TF3200, for which manufacturer did not update driver for 6 yrs, so maybe
(if it causes BSOD) the best solution will be to buy new network adapter.

That is one of the problems with network drivers, when the manufacturers cut support for the drivers, and issues start to arise. You've essentially been hung out to dry, and the only viable alternative is to purchase a new card.

Hi Jared,
BIOS is ok.
BSOD happened again. Here is down bellow copy of Nirsoft BlueScreenView report. If the problem is in TP-LINK TF-3200 - I can not find W10 driver for it... Problematic files are ipfnd630.sys and ntoskrnl.exe. Any suggestion???

ntoskrnl is the Windows Kernel component, and obviously is not the cause.
The problem is your driver, if no update is available, you could try downloading an even older version, and installing that.
Although I think the best solution is a new network adapter.
