Hello,

I have been having this problem for quite some time now, and some times it happens infrequently and others very often. My PC freezes up and crashes and there is nothing that I can do to replicate it. I could be browsing the web, watching a video, or listening to music. There is no ONE thing that causes it.

No dumps in your collection, may be ccleaner did its work.

remove your Deamontools / Elby and test again.

I have just installed Daemontools so that I could create an ISO USB to run memtest86. I could remove it and hope for the best. The thing is, is that there is never one thing that triggers this BSOD.

Having the .dmp files to read is the first place to start.

Unfortunately, as my PC crashes, it will not create these .dmp files. I have already tried using a dump file viewer to no avail. Hence why I decided to ask the advice of you guys.
I am not sure if whatever steps I have taken since viewing this forum, have stopped this from happening again, but I have been BSOD free for 7 days. SO I am crossing my fingers and hoping that whatever was suggested and ****, it worked. And I appreciate the help tremendously!

Like I have said, I have tried so many things. And I have taken such good care of my PC. From updating my GPU and vid drivers to updating Windows and scans and checks.

I will keep you all updated if anything changes. But I thank you all for your help and advice!
