[SOLVED] BSOD - Reference_By_Pointer ntoskrnl.exe+1b1b40

System has had it's first BSOD after being upgraded with new MoBo, Ram, SSD(for OS) and Vid. Is only about 3 weeks old.

· OS - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista ?
Windows 10

· x86 (32-bit) or x64 ?
64bit

· What was original installed OS on system?
Windows 10

· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)?
Full retail

· Age of system (hardware)
VAried but new MoBo, Ram, Vid as of last month

· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS?
1 Month

· CPU
Ryzen 7 2700

· Video Card
RTX 2080

· MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop)
AsusX470 Pro

· Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one)
Cooler Master 750 (I think)

· System Manufacturer
Home Built

· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom)

· Laptop or Desktop?

I tried reading the dump with BlueScreenView but it's not very helpful. I consider myself somewhat technical but I'm not sure which way to turn with this one.

I appreciate any hints you can provide.

Update your Splashtop remote driver - Driver Reference Table (DRT) | stdpms.sys

It is the cause of your lone BSOD.
