The last month, the Blue Screen problem increased (2-3 times per day) so
I followed the steps in the thread:
Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 & Vista

and here are the two zip files attached.
My computer:

Hi mrblond,

It looks like nothing of a BSOD can be saved as there is not have enough free space to save any.
I would suggest to cleanup each of your partition that has less than 15% free space to increase the free space on each partition to at least 15% free space.
At least 15% so that Windows can perform background stuff without giving problems to the user, it needs to be on each partition so they can be maintained.

A FYI, to save a memory dump the Windows partition needs at least 25GB of free space, any less and either the system will complain (in the event logs) or there might be no mention of any BSOD.

Hi mrblond,

As axe0 said, there aren't any dump files for us to inspect in the CollectionApp zip. In addition to his suggestion, I would recommend verifying that memory dumps are enabled on your system.

On your desktop:
  • Click Start, right-click Computer and select Properties.
  • Click Advanced system settings.
  • Click Advanced tab.
  • Under the Startup and Recovery section, click Settings.
  • Make sure the "Write an event to the system log" and "Automatically restart" boxes are checked, set the type to 'Automatic memory dump'

"Write an event to the system log" and "Automatically restart" boxes were checked.
below them it is "Write debugging information"
It is "Kernel memory dump" (the other option is "Small memory dump (256 KB)")

In the bottom is
"Dump file:
%SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP"

FWIW you have Symantec and Avast installed, not a good idea to have more than one anti virus application.
