Hello, this is what happening to my pc since 3 days ago
-BSOD when I try to do chkdsk
-BSOD when I try to update windows 10 on the website
-I tried to go into safe mode but fail because everytime I change something on my pc eg deleting some files, force boot into safe mode by msconfig, when I restart my pc all the changes/setting will be reset like nothing happened. So, I cant go into safe mode and also I cant delete any files because after restard it will still be there.
-I've tried also to recover but it fails because of something "GatherWrite.."
-I've tried to do the frest start/reset and everything but after restart my pc, it does't change anything
-I tried to do this SFCFix and attached the result here.

Unfortunately, it seems that no dump files were saved at the time of the crash. What files are you trying to delete?

I've noticed a number of these file deletion failure errors?

Please contact your hardware vendor for further assistance diagnosing the problem.

I've noticed that there is a few of these errors too. This seems to be related to file indexing provided by Windows - What is the Windows.edb file in Windows 10/8/7

From further investigation, similar errors:

Rightnow I'm just trying to delete Norton Antivirus files because it seems like it causing the problems to my pc, but everytime after I restart it will still be there.

If you wish to remove Norton, then please try their removal tool - Download and run the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool

What problems does it seem to be causing?

my pc right now having this problems..I still cant figure out what is the main problem yet..

Those problems are very unlikely related to Norton, if you're able to, then please upload the latest crash dump using the same tool as used within the posting instructions. I suspect that there is an underlying hardware misconfiguration or something is failing like your SSD.

For example I download something and save it on Local C (which is my SSD), after I restart my pc the downloaded files will not be there. The same goes to when I try to empty my recycle bin, after I restart the pc the files will still be there.

Hmm but I install my windows in SSD, without it I can still run my pc?
I will upload the latest one after it done.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any dump files again, which suggests that the issue is most likely hardware related.

Are you able to please run the following tool? It will only show the SMART diagnostic values for your SSD:

GSmartControl
Follow the instructions below to check your SMART status with GSmartControl:

  • Download the portable version of GSmartControl and save it on your Desktop;
  • Extract the zip file to your Desktop. Open the folder gsmartcontrol-1.1.3-win64 which should be located on your Desktop and double-click gsmartcontrol.exe to launch the program.
  • Identify your drive in the list (if recognized by the tool), and hover your mouse over it.
  • You should see something called: SMART status. It will either read: Enabled, in which case you should do the following:
  • Double-click on it to bring up its window (usually you'll find your drive by its size or its brand name);
  • Go to the Self-Tests tab, then select Extended Self-test in the Test type drop-down list and click on Execute (this test can take a few hours to complete);
  • Once the test is over, the results will be displayed at the bottom of the window. Please copy and paste these results in your next reply or take a screenshot;
  • Also, go in the Attributes tab and if you have any entries highlighted in red or pink, take a screenshot of the GSmartControl window and attach it in your next reply;
  • Please note: If the SMART Status reads: Unsupported, stop and let me know.

The SMART values for your SSD seems to be fine, could you please try running the Kingston SSD diagnostic tool again? Hopefully it'll run without issues this time.
