Good evening, after some help if at all possible. After upgrading the RAM in my laptop, I get a BSOD nearly every time I bring my machine back from hibernation. (Not done extensive testing, but less than a few mins, and it'll boot up fine - longer, and it'll bsod within 20-30 seconds of booting up / logging in)
Obvious solution is to remove the RAM, and put the original back in; which I'll do if it comes to it, but given the system is stable the rest of the time, I wondered if there was another cause / solution to this?

I've answered the Q's below, and attached the System File Collection. When I went to run the Ferfmon check, I got an error stating 'The operator or administrator has refused the request.'

I have the driver verifier running - but it may fail, as I need the laptop for work - which means either shutting down or hibernating (causing a bsod). I'll also run memtest86+ once I can free the machine up for long enough to let it have a good run.

Thank you

If the crashes started directly and consistently after installing new RAM, the issue is the RAM. What exactly? Either you installed it incorrectly, it's incompatible, or it's just bad RAM. Rather than testing the memory, I'd just put the other RAM back in and see if it works. If it does, just get a refund.
