BSOD on boot - Windows 7 64 bit

Hello. Since about two weeks my PC is running into BSOD at boot time. Seemingly, there's something wrong related to the video card, as the only way to use it is to run the PC in VGA mode. The problem has shown up out of blue, a day that I was restarting the system from hibernation. I got a blank screen that didn't go away, and forced me to hard reset the system. After that, I have been no longer able to go further than the Window logo screen.
An additional point: minidump files are generated in a strange location. Instead than going to windows\minidump they generate into C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports\WATCHDOG. I attach the last one, along with the perfmon report and the sysnativefilecollection zip file (that I had to zip by myself as the app stuck on "waiting for sysinfo" not going anywhere).
Any help from your side will be extremely appreciated.
Regards
Dario

that seems to be
1) card itself
2) cluttered disk - run checkdisk, test disk
3) memory but unlikely
4) destroyed system / driver

kill hiberfile, pagefile
chkdsk via extern OS
reseat card, clean from dust.
install new driver
if not helps, replace card for a test.
