Hello ! I have run the Sysnative BSOD Dump + System File Collection App but after 30 mins, it gets stuck in 'waiting for system info' so I interrupted it. I still got a folder that I zipped but no automatic zip since I stopped the app.
I get BSOD each time I boot the computer, I have already uninstalled - reinstalled the GC driver but it didn't change anything
· OS - Windows 7
· x64 (64-bit)
· What was the originally installed OS on the system? -> Windows 7
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? -> OEM, pre-installed
· Age of system (hardware) -> 7.5 years
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? 7.5 years, no re-install
· CPU : Intel Core i7 3770K
· Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti
· MotherBoard -> P8H77-V LE (LGA1155)
· Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one) -> Thermaltake hamburg 530w , Universal AC input 100V~240V
· System Manufacturer : Kiebel
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on the bottom) cannot find it
· Laptop or Desktop? -> Desktop
