Recommendations:
Some of your crashes point directly to McAfee as the cause. I would recommend removing McAfee with the steps in How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee products using the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR.exe) and replace it with the following setup: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/security-essentials coupled with Malwarebytes. Do not start the free trial of Malwarebytes. Just use the standalone version, update it, and scan your computer once a week with Malwarebytes and with Microsoft Security Essentials.
[/list]

McAfee can sometimes cause blue screens on systems if it is corrupted or outdated. Yours may be outdated since the drivers are a year old. See if the above resolves your crashes. Report back the results, and if needed, we can provide more troubleshooting steps.

Thank you.
We un-installed McAfee Virus
We cannot uninstall McAfee Agent, as it states "McAfee Agent cannot be removed while it is in managed mode."
Malwarebytes and Microsoft Security Essentials are already installed.

Nice work! Let us know after you've had a chance to do your normal routine for a while how the system is responding to the changes.

Best wishes!

-Mike

Both drivers downloaded and installed (I think, crash occurred on the BT module).
Two BSOD minidumps added to SkyDrive folder
081912-22230-01.dmp
081812-18142-01.dmp

Bluetooth drivers were still out of date. Uninstall all Bluetooth devices in Device Manager. Then install the update. Do the same for your wireless driver (it does not appear to have actually updated which is common with wireless adapter drivers without using the uninstall and then install steps listed below). The wireless adapter will be under Network adapters in Device Manager. Bluetooth devices may be found in many categories. The most common are: Bluetooth Radios, Human Interface Devices, Keyboards, Mice and other pointing devices, Network adapters, and Sound, video and game controllers.

To fully re-install a driver, use the following steps.
  1. First, download the latest driver. Then do the next steps.
  2. Click Start Menu
  3. Right Click My Computer/Computer
  4. Click Manage
  5. Click Device Manager from the list on the left
  6. Find the device you are trying to uninstall by expanding the appropriate set of devices
  7. Right click the device
  8. Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
  9. Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
  10. Restart your computer only if Windows asks you to.
  11. Install the latest driver for the device.

Alternatively:
  1. Login as an adminstrative user.
  2. First, download the latest driver. Then do the next steps.
  3. Click Start Menu
  4. Click Control Panel
  5. Click Hardware and Sound
  6. Click Device Manager (the last link under Devices and Printers)
  7. Find the device you are trying to uninstall by expanding the appropriate set of devices
  8. Right click the device
  9. Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
  10. Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
  11. Restart your computer only if Windows asks you to.
  12. Install the latest driver for the device.

I believe we were able to successfully uninstall the devices and drivers and then install the drivers from the Dell links you provided. Is there any way I can tell for sure?

none of those drivers are currently in the c:\Windows\System32\Drivers folder. There are drivers with similar names there.
One other thing I should mention is that when we reinstalled the BlueTooth devices, the executable we chose also updated the BT firmware. Maybe that was needed...don't know.... don't have any BT devices using the laptop.

Only the portions of the name in blue should be in the Drivers directory, i.e. btwl2cap.sys, btwavdt.sys, btwrchid.sys, btwaudio.sys, NETw5s64.sys

I said the wrong thing -- those .SYS files are in the C:\Windows\System32\Drivers directory. The file dates are six to twelve months before the "Release Date" shown on the Dell URLs you provided. The installed wireless driver version number matches that on website. The BlueTooth driver number is earlier than that shown on the website.

More BSODs. What do we do next? This laptop is essentially unusable. Backups do not complete b/c of crashes. Crashes occur multiple times a day. Do we re-run the 1) msinfo32, 2) perfmon, 3) jcgriff2 and upload?

Let's see if there is a startup program or service that is causing conflicts first: How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

If the problem is alleviated by the clean boot, then start enabling services and startup items as in that support article: half of the services at a time, then half of the startup items at a time. Begin with the half that includes your security software first, i.e. antivirus or firewall software. Do your normal routine for a while (twice as long as it normally takes to get a crash is preferable) before enabling each service or startup item to see if the system is stable. See if you can narrow down which service or startup item is causing the problems.

Did Clean Boot. Deselected "Load Startup Items". Deselected All Services (save Microsoft). Still got BSOD.
Am running Malwarebytes Full Scan now (have done quick scans repeatedly this week). Any other suggestions?

Your crashes may indicate hard disk problems. This could mean hard disk corruption, bad sectors, a failing hard disk, Windows files or registry corruption, viruses, or memory problems. Good step with the Malwarebytes. That is one of the steps I normally recommend for hard disk problems.
  • If you are overclocking any hardware, please stop.
  • Run Disk Check with both boxes checked for all HDDs and with Automatically fix file system errors checked for all SSDs. Post back your logs for the checks after finding them using Event Viewer. In Event Viewer, expand Windows Logs, click Application to let it load, right click Application and click Find.... Search for chkdsk or wininit to find the logs.
For any drives that do not give the message:
Windows has checked the file system and found no problems
run disk check again as above. In other words, if it says:
Windows has made corrections to the file system
after running the disk check, run the disk check again.
  • Run all Basic tests with SeaTools: S.M.A.R.T. Check, Short Drive Self Test, Drive Information, Short Generic, and Long Generic. Run the tests for all HDDs.
  • Run a system file check to check Windows for corruption:
    1. Click Start Menu
    2. Click All Programs
    3. Click Accessories
    4. Right click Command Prompt
    5. Click Run as administrator
    6. Type
      Code:
      sfc /scannow
      and press Enter
    7. Once it is complete, make note of the message. If it says , restart your computer and post back
    8. If the message does not say , restart your computer and do steps 1-6 again.
    9. You may need to do steps 1-6 up to three times to resolve all corrupted files.
    10. If you still have corrupted files after a fourth run, post back here with the following:
      • Click Start Menu
      • Click Computer
      • Open your C: drive
      • Open Windows
      • Open Logs
      • Open CBS
      • Copy and paste CBS.log or CBS (it may not have the log extension) to a location you will remember.
      • Compress (zip) the CBS file and attach the .zip file to your next post.
  • Run the boot version of Memtest86+. Let it run for at least 7-10 passes (preferably more) or until errors show up.
    attachment.php
If you see even one error, stop the test and do the following:

Before you proceed with the following, answer these two questions: Are you still under warranty? Does your warranty allow you to open up the machine to check hardware? If you are unsure of the answers to these questions, contact your system manufacturer. WARNING: The steps that follow can void your warranty!!!
    1. Shut down and turn off your computer.
    2. Unplug all power sources to the system: unplug the power from the outlet/surge protector or PSU (then remove the battery if it is a laptop).
    3. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds (for your safety and the safety of the components) to close the circuit and drain all power from components.
    4. Remove the casing (or remove the RAM panel if it is a laptop).
    5. Remove all but one memory module making sure you are grounded while doing so.
Make sure you are grounded by using proper grounding techniques, i.e. work on an anti-static workbench, anti-static desk, or an anti-static pad. Hold something metallic while touching it to the anti-static surface, or use an anti-static wristband to attach to the anti-static material while working. If you do not have an anti-static workbench, desk, or pad, you can use your computer tower/case by finding a metal hold in it, such as a drive bay.
    6. Replace the casing (or replace the RAM panel if it is a laptop) and put the remaining memory module(s) in a safe, static free environment.
    7. If the problem persists, repeat steps 1-4 and move the memory module to another slot (while staying grounded, of course).

Do this until all slots have been tested. If all slots fail, the memory module may be bad. Test with one of the remaining modules. Continue one module at a time in one slot at a time until you find a good module and good slot. Test remaining modules in the good slot, test good modules in other slots to find bad slots, etc.

Also, in case Memtest86+ misses anything and comes up with no errors, run the extended version of the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool for at least five passes. You may want to run both Memtest86+ and the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool overnight since they take a long time to complete (run them an hour before bed each of the next two nights and check before going to sleep that they are still running).
