OS win 7 sp1 home premium originaly came as win vista was free upgrade when win 7 was launched 32 bit OEM hardware 2008 i think, win 7 2009ish , CPU AMD athlon 64x2 dual core processor 5200+ 2.7GHZ, ATI radeon HD4350 , dell inspiron 545 i think, perfmon wouldn't run couldnt find path specified for report any help greatly appreciated.had to run in safe mode to get the above info so sorry if im missing anything

A number of dumps appear to point to MSE, however, I've noticed that you also have AVG installed:

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\AVG
Start Menu\Programs\AVG Free 9.0
Start Menu\Programs\AVG Zen

I would suggest removing AVG completely with the AVG Removal Tool, and then rebooting the system normally.

Hi BlueRobot thanks for your help I have done as suggested and removed AVG from my system and rebooted as normal it lasted for about 5 mins before I got BSOD again currently running in safe mode only

just for your info might be relevant I installed an update prior to this happening for
Adobe reader XI (11.0.12) tried to uninstall it but cant run the intaller in safe mode not sure if it is the cause of my problems
