Hello,
Weird issue at a client that started on 3/20. On select machines, when the user logs off the workstation will blue screen. For now it does not affect business, and they are booting back up w/o issue, but it’s only a matter of time before the OS is corrupted. From the research I’ve done, it looks like ntoskrnl.exe is the cause, and this and other files were updated on 3/19; most likely from a Windows update. No option to remove these updates nor to roll back to previous OS checkpoint. Already ran Malwarebytes and only minor items were found and quarantined and the BSOD issue remained the same.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
Nick
