Hey Guys/Gals,

I came into work tonight and I got an email from a colleague stating that the latest Windows update is causing a BSOD. Here's what I know;

  1. They use Ubuntu's BASH in Windows (Gross I know)
  2. Crashes only when using Ubuntu's Bash while trying to console to our console network.

I can't provide dumps due to company policies, so I'm hoping you guys can walk me through figuring out what's going on and providing help to this colleague. This isn't in my job description, but it looks good to the higher ups if I look smarter :p

Well, in that case I am afraid that we can't do more. It's up to MS to fix the problem on their end (as it's due to the update) and not to the driver or some other piece of software on your machine. The next set of updates will be released on April 2nd.
