BSOD loop NTFS/FAT file system error

OS- Windows 10
x64 bit
Computer came installed with Windows 8.1 and I upgraded for free last summer.
The computer's almost two years old, I got it last August?? Not quite sure but it's under two years old.

It is a Toshiba Satellite S55t-B5282 laptop with an Intel i7 processor. It's an integrated graphics card and I'm not sure what to put for video card otherwise, because I can't get my computer started up.

Sorry I wasn't able to do any of steps 1-4 or 6 because I cannot even get to the login screen of my computer. Yesterday I was downloading some pictures and playing Skyrim when skyrim crashed and the download almost totally stopped. My computer was running slowly so I closed everything down and clicked to have my computer restart. I left for a few minutes and when I came back it was at the Toshiba startup screen with the words 'Preparing Automatic Repair' underneath it. It then came up with a blue screen of NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM as the error and restarted. The same thing happened next with the 'preparing automatic repair' and then it took a few moments longer, a few window borders pop up in the top left and then a blue screen with a FAT_FILE_SYSTEM error comes up. Repeat ad nauseum. I have to hold in the power button to exit the loop and shut down the computer.

I am able to use a flash drive with windows ten to boot windows to the 'select language/time/keyboard' screen, then click on repair my computer but it crashes like normal from there.

Please help me, and let me know if there is more info I can get for you. Thanks a bunch!

Please try following, when a system crashes 3 times it should boot you into the recover options.
In the recovery options, please go to the advanced options where the command prompt is.
Please click on command prompt, when it is open enter following command
Code:
chkdsk C: /r
This command will scan the C: partition for errors, fix them and will recover readable data.
The letter C is assumed that the Windows partition letter is at default, else you need to change C to the letter you're using :)

Also, please try to run SeaTools for DOS

Please report back with results, chkdsk may or may not be able to fix everything the first time (if it is fixable) so you might want to run it at least a few times.
 
My computer isn't booting into the recover options, it just continues to do the two blue screens. Do I have to turn it on and then force it off using the power button three times?

Edit: Nope, even if I do that it won't boot into the recover options.
 
3 unsuccesful boots should bring it up, unless the drive is damaged on that partition.

Could you tell me what options you see, or what exactly happens after you click repair your computer?
It's been a while since I've seen that screen + it is a bit late for me (00:25 AM) so I prefer to not check it myself currently.

Edit: Usually I'm able to click on the repair button and the mouse/hourglass comes up and then the blue screen happens. I was slower this time while recording, I suppose. IMG_3320.MOV - Google Drive

I don't have a cd drive on the computer and was trying to run seatools from a USB but wasn't getting it to work when I noticed there was a manual option to go to hard disk recovery through the f12 menu so I am now running chkdsk. Will report back, and thank you both.

chkdsk worked and I am now able to use my computer like before I had the error. I probably will continue to try to look if there are remnants of the problem using perfmon but I'm really happy I'm able to use my laptop again. Thank you guys so much!
 
Good to hear chkdsk has helped :)

What I would recommend to prevent this issue again in the future is running the above command in an admin command prompt once in a while, if you have multiple partitions run it on them too :)
