BSOD - KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED - Happens In Idle & While Doing Random Tasks. No Trigger I Found...

I randomly receive BSOD error KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Sometimes when gaming, sometimes when opening up a new tab, sometimes when I'm watching Netflix, and sometimes it simply does it without any input from me. I cannot figure out what the trigger is. Let me know if there is anything else you need to help. Thank you!

Razer Blade 15 (I just got this laptop only but 4 months ago, straight from Razer.com)
  • 10th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-10875H 8 Core (2.3GHz/5.1GHz)
  • Windows 10 Pro Version 2004
  • 15.6" OLED 4K Touch 60Hz, 100% DCI-P3, factory calibrated
  • NVIDIA® Quadro RTX™ 5000 Studio Edition (16GB GDDR6 VRAM)
  • 1TB SSD (M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4)
  • 32GB Dual-Channel (16GB x 2) DDR4-2933MHz
  • OS Build 19041.329
I have run a memory check, and I never got any pop up saying anything was bad and throughout the entire test it said that no memory issues were found.

1. Run Driver Verifier Manager through type "verifier" in search bottom
2. Select "Create standard settings"
3. Select "Select driver names from a list"
4. Tick all 3rd party drivers and 3 Microsoft drivers (usbxhci.sys, usbd.sys and wdf01000.sys)
5. Accept changes and reboot computer

I would suggest looking for an updated Bluetooth driver - Drivers & Software

I have done what MrPepka suggested and now unfortunately my computer can not restart without entering BSOD shortly there after. This has made my problem exponetionally worse as prior to that I could at the very least use my laptop for the most part. How can I disable the driver verification so that I may utilize my system? Additionally, what would be my next course of action? I’m currently trying to enter safe mode so that I may create the zip file for you to review.

Run safe mode and disable Driver Verifier from its level. You run Safe Mode from an automatic repair level

This is the new zip file. The first dump created was due to my system BSODing as it normally would, while I was sleeping without any input from myself. The second third fourth and fifth are due to driver verification. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help. Thank you!

Additionally, when reviewing your comment MrPepka, I may have misunderstood you. When you said to click all 3rd party drivers and 3 Microsoft drivers, for some reason I read that as "All 3rd party and all Microsoft drivers (so essentially everything) but especially ensure that these 3 specific drivers are selected." So when I ran the test, I selected ALL drivers but double-checked and ensured that usbxhci.sys, usbd.sys and wdf01000.sys were selected as well just as a precaution in case they were not listed with the rest.

That being said, I'm not sure how much that will have affected the test results. If you would like me to go back and recreate what you said but only with those 3 Microsoft drivers and all 3rd party drivers mentioned, I would not be opposed now that I know how to effectively shut down Driver Verification. Thank you for everything so far.

Looking through your dump files, I've seen the same crash occur before with Logitech devices, it appears to be related to a bug in their software.

The device object belongs to your Logitech headset. For some reason, Windows isn't able to load the drivers for it?

Please remove the Logitech G Hub software for now, we can reinstall it afterwards if need be.

Prior to uninstalling the Logitech G Hub software, I thought I would open the program and check for updates and apparently there seems to be an update available. However, when trying to update, the program seems to stick at 100% during "unpacking files". Nonetheless, I have uninstalled G Hub as I do not need that specific software to utilize my Logitech equipment effectively. With all that being said, I have had that software on my system since I started using it with no noticeable issues before. My Logitech headset and mouse do not communicate over my computer's Bluetooth because it lacks the capability. They both communicate through a receiver plugging into a USB slot. I'm not sure if that is valuable information or not.

Yes definitely, there's something within your USB driver stack which is causing the issue. All the crashes have calls to the HID class driver.
Copy, I'm not going to pretend I understand what you mean exactly. I may be tech-savvy, but nowhere near your level. Could Logitech G Hub be inducing the BSOD? Now that the software has been removed via Revo Uninstaller and the registry has been cleared via CCleaner should I be in the clear? Or should I wait this out and see if I encounter another BSOD now that we have made changes to my system?

Wait and see what happens, there was a few other things going on at the time of the crash which might be an issue. However, from previous experience, I've seen dump files with the exact same stop code (error code) and call stack, and the issue was related to G Hub.

Oh, speaking of which, could you ensure that CCleaner doesn't remove any dump files? There should be a setting called Minidumps or something along those lines?

Welp... That didn't fix it. Happened while surfing YouTube and opening a new tab. See attached file. And yes I made sure CCleaner is not clearing out dump files. Thanks for all the help you are continuing to provide.

There doesn't seem to be any new dump files in the .zip for some reason? Could you please check the following directory:

Code:
%systemroot%\Minidump

There should be some files prefixed with 07072020-.

From your earlier dumps, there is a possibly that avast! is causing some issues and therefore I would recommend that you uninstall it for now using their removal tool - Avast Uninstall Utility | Download aswClear for Avast Removal
