Bsod keyboard and mouse

so when I reset my windows 10 last night I got send to bsod along with automatic repair when I get to the your pc didnt start correctly it shows restart or advanced options but my mouse and keyboard aren't working they only work at bios screen pls help

Are you able to boot into Windows normally at all or does the system boot into the recovery environment each time?
