Greetings,
I understand that my OS is no longer supported, but currently I'm in no position to upgrade it due to this issue, so please help me identify the problem so that I can take necessary steps to resolve the problem.

Can I get help on how to troubleshoot these errors? I've just ran SMART test on both HDDS and ran Memtest for more than 30 minutes, but both scans show no error.
