bsod issue, files attached from google drive

Thanks for the reply, my computer blue screens on occasion. It doesn't seem to be provoked. I ran a RAM diagnostic and it seemed fine. Not sure what my problem is. I will work through the instructions.

I cannot access Google files - "access denied".

We need the full zip file output from post #2.
