BSOD Help? Windows 7 x64 -clock interrupt was not received on the secondary processor

Hi Guys.

Any help would be great.
The files have been attached.


I generally get a BLUE screen once a day that says "clock interrupt was not received on the secondary processor"

I have tried changing memory and harddrive. Any ideas would be great.
