Through troubleshooting today the BSOD doesn't happen in Safe Mode. I reverted the display driver back to the "stock" windows driver but it still happens in normal mode so I think it is some other driver but don't know what. Any ideas out there?

The culprit is likely a failing hard drive. Observe that there are 828 bad block errors in the System Event Log.
Code:
Event[4064]:
  Log Name: System
  Source: Disk
  Date: 2018-03-19T18:25:59.848
  Event ID: 7
  Task: N/A
  Level: Error
  Opcode: N/A
  Keyword: Classic

  User Name: N/A
  Computer: USDSPLA64NQM32.AMERICAS.GLOBAL.NTTDATA.COM
  Description:
The device, \Device\Harddisk0\DR0, has a bad block.
In addition, there were 351 "errors during paging operation" events back in November. Backup your files at once and consider running the following disk diagnostics: Hard Drive Diagnostics & SSD Test Keep in mind, however, that the diagnostics may make the situation worse.

It passed the first three tests but failed on the long generic test so will be getting a new hard drive put in. Thanks foe your help.
