Hi to everyone (sorry for my bad english) , I've bought a new nootebook a month ago: it is an HP Victus 16-d0xxx with Windows 11 (x64) pre-installed. The cpu is Intel i5 11400H (sorry i dont' know how to look for the exact ram model) while the video card is a Nvidia gtx 3050. I've updated the drivers througth the HP programm, and with the Nvidia programm for the Video Card. I don't use any proxy, vpn or similar or Disk Image tools and I've disablied firewall and antivirus. No overclocking/underclocking. The Bsod appears every time I have game sessions (it happened with different games) with different messages (the most common is IRQL) after a variable time (1-2 hours usually). Thank you for the help !

This appears to most likely be due to hardware issues, could you please run MemTest86 for at least 8 passes? It will require two runs of 4 passes.

Good afternoon, I've decided to bring the pc to the guarantee service and they changed the motherboard. Unfortunately I've still BSOD but now they arrive during the normale usage (and it seems especially during downloads) with reference to netio.sys and fwpkclnt.sys. I've charged the new minidumps. Moreover i've run memtest86 and obtained 15 pass. Thanks for the help

Did they give you a new motherboard or a refurbished one? Since it has been some time since your last post, could you please follow the posting instructions again and then provide the Sysnative .zip which will be produced?

As it's still under warranty, and you've had warranty work done on it, I would pursue the warranty route before trying to fix it yourself. You may inadvertently invalidate the warranty.
