BSOD during gaming - HELLP PLZ

  • OS ? (Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista) WINDOWS 11 PRO
  • x86 (32bit) or x64 (64bit)? 64BIT
  • (Only for Vista, Windows 7) Service pack?
  • What was original installed OS on system? WIN 10
  • Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? RETAILER

  • Have you re-installed the OS? EARLIER BEFORE
  • CPU INTEL CORE I5-10500H
  • RAM (brand, EXACT model, what slots are you using?) Samsung PC4-25600 32OOHz And Crucial Technology PC4-25600
  • Video Card NVIDIA RTX 3060
  • MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop)

  • What security software are you using? (Firewall, antivirus, antimalware, antispyware, and so forth) MALWAREBYTES
  • Are you using proxy, vpn, ipfilters or similar software? VERY RARE
  • Are you using Disk Image tools? (like daemon tools, alcohol 52% or 120%, virtual CloneDrive, roxio software) NO
  • Are you currently under/overclocking? Are there overclocking software installed on your system? UNDERVOLTING USING THROTTLESTOP FOR LIKE 11 MONTH

There is something most unusual about your laptop. The dump file is messed up and the log file entries are missing critical information too.

The first thing I'd suggest is that you remove the undervolt (temporarily) to be certain that this is not the cause of your problems. It's possible that Windows 11 doesn't like the undervolt, whilst Windows 10 did (Windows 11 uses processor features that Windows 10 doesn't).

How did you upgrade to Windows 11? Did you perform a clean install of Windows 11 or did you upgrade in place? Did these BSODs happen before you upgraded to Windows 11?

I went to pc service shop and I didn't install the windows by myself, they installed it to me so i don't know how did they installed it, and yes the BSOD was happening before. That's why they installed the windows 11 trying to fix the issue

I think I'd be tempted in that case, to take it back to the 'service shop' and tell them that they didn't fix the problem.
