BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE windows 10 while rendering or adobe premiere

Hi
I have been having this issue for quite a while now.
First i had it on windows 8 but then the shop did a clean install on my laptop of windows 10 but the problem didn't get solved.
I installed windows debug to try and solve it myself but i don't know what to do.
This is what it says:

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)
A driver has failed to complete a power IRP within a specific time.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000003, A device object has been blocking an Irp for too long a time
Arg2: ffffd8855b7ee060, Physical Device Object of the stack
Arg3: fffff8006363fc40, nt!TRIAGE_9F_POWER on Win7 and higher, otherwise the Functional Device Object of the stack
Arg4: ffffd8855b7e6300, The blocked IRP

Sorry i forgot to attach the zipfile and answer the questions.
· Windows 10
· 64 bit
· windows 8 then updated to 10 then 8 and now after clean install 10
- 2 years old laptop

· intel core i7 , intel graphic card
· nvidia geforce 950m
· ASUS N751JX
- laptop

Please create a restore point and enable Driver Verifier: Driver Verifier - BSOD related - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 & Vista

Leave it running for 24h. If the system crashes prior to that, please attach a new SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip file.
