Hi,
Qualcomm Atheros Bandwidth Control Filter Driver is blamed for this.

Code:
start             end                 module name
fffff80f`359e0000 fffff80f`35d3f000   bflwfx64 T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: bflwfx64.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\bflwfx64.sys
    Image name: bflwfx64.sys

also known as
Killer Network Manager
if it hurts, deinstall it or look for an upgrade, usually is this Software not needed for proper functionality.

even think about to update your Bios

Code:
Machine ID Information [From Smbios 2.7, DMIVersion 0, Size=1590]
BiosMajorRelease = 4
BiosMinorRelease = 6
BiosVendor = American Megatrends Inc.
BiosVersion = P1.70
BiosReleaseDate = 09/17/2014
SystemManufacturer = To Be Filled By O.E.M.

SystemFamily = To Be Filled By O.E.M.
SystemVersion = To Be Filled By O.E.M.
SystemSKU = To Be Filled By O.E.M.
