bsod dpc_watchdog_violation, windows 8.1, drivers 350.12, gf 840m

Hi I am getting bsod, dpc_watchdog_violation to be precise, on windows 8.1, I have tried downgrading the drivers, uninstall and re-install the drivers, also tried to create another account and installing the drivers from there, still it gives me a bsod. Computer is a laptop, acer aspire e-15, e5-571g-556w.

Bsod happens while I play endless space disharmony, computer gets slow and mouse moves in a choppy way, it jumps around, after reading the posts in thefor um it appears that every jump the mouse makes it's a dpc call etc.

I have tried to use driver verifier, the dump file of the verifier and the normal dump files are attached. Also event logs are also attached with perfmon report.

The only error showed in the perfmon is that the uac is disabled, while dump files (opened them up in windbg) point me to nvlddmkm.sys, and the driver verifier dump file also points to svchost.exe as the process name and nvlddmkm as the module name.

Btw sysnative app does nothing for me, it does not create folders etc.

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks for your reply, but the cpu / gpu is not overclocked as overclocking is disabled due to dumbed down bios, the submenu regarding the cpu is completely hidden and asf ar as I know there is no unlocked bios for my laptop.

I have installed goverlay + rivatuner + openhwmonitor to check whether the bsod occurs due to high temperatures, the result was this; https://www.dropbox.com/s/vw1to9hyvqscocb/P_20150502_212712.jpg?dl=0

As you can see the cpu's are working at 2300'ish at 64 temperature which seems normal for me, and gpu works at 1124 mhz with 900 mem. clock. at 53 celcius, and gives me 23 fps, fps seems low but picture was taken during crash, aside from these everything looks normal...

I have not utilized goverlay+rivatuner+openhwmonitor for any other purposes.

The rise in the cpu clock seems to be the built-in function of the laptop cpu; on the case of the laptop near keyboard it says; "intel core i5-4210U 1.7ghz with Turbo Boost up to 2.7ghz", I believe this increase is automatically done by the OS or Bios or CPU itself under load.

I also believe that I can not disable Turbo Boost or any other function of cpu which puts it under pressure such as hyperthreading, or I can't underclock it due to dumbed down bios.

pls don't misunderstood, some Software triggers some Ideas at first. if possible head over for a memory.dmp because it has more information than a minidump.
