BSOD dont know what to do anymore - Windows 7 x64

Hello, i have been getting a bunch of BSOD. I looked on google for fixes and arrived here. I have updated drivers and anything i can think of i dont know what wrong anymore. I useally get a BSOD when i just turn on my pc, and after 5-10min of gaming.

· OS - Windows, 7
· x64
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)?
Purchase parts separate and build it myself
· Age of system (hardware)
Almost a month
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS?
Same as system, have not tried a re-install

· i-5 4670K
· GTX 760
· Asus-a z97
· Ocz 600w

· Desktop

When i run memtest i got a few errors and replaced my old memory(http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/HX318C10FBK2_8.pdf) with some new ones(Vengeance® Pro Series ? 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 DRAM 1866MHz C9 Memory Kit (CMY8GX3M2A1866C9)). But i stil keep getting BSOD. For longest time i kept looking around for fixes, hope this forum can give me more insight
 
I ran the last 5, 4 are Video TDR errors.

Lets get a look at the temps and voltages.
D/L and run Hardware Monitor do something intense like a virus scan or gaming for a bit, Alt+Tab back to HWM expand all the trees and use the Win7 snipping tool to grab a screen shot of the HWM window, attach the screen shot to your post.

Daemon tools has been known to cause issues in the past it would be worthwhile to uninstall it at least while troubleshooting this issue.

When i turn on my computer it crashes, i get a black screen and nothing happends. after a reset it seems to work fine, but this happends evrytime i turn on my computer after leaving it off for a few hours
 
sometimes black screen and nothing happends till i restart manualy, other times BSOD(with nvlddmkm.sys) just right at start up of few sec after
