[SOLVED] BSOD, DISM ERR 582, SFCFix crashes

Hi Hope I'm in the right area though this problem started with BSOD

BSOD error code 0x00000019 "BAD_POOL_HEADER"
BSOD error code 0x0000001A "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT"

Ran dism

C:\WINDOWS\system32>Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Error: 582


An illegal character was encountered. For a multi-byte character set this includes a lead byte without a succeeding trail byte. For the Unicode character set this includes the characters 0xFFFF and 0xFFFE.


The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

Followed instructions to run SFCFix and this crashed sent file dump to Sysnative

No 3rd party drivers mentioned in the 3 dumps, so most likely a hardware issue.

Here are some hardware diagnostic programs to run -

The problem may also be with other hardware parts such as the motherboard or PSU for which there are no software tests.

Thanks for all your help and support on this issue it was in fact a RAM issue, the machine was stable during all the torture tests before hand then went bonkers later on, The ram was actually the last test performed, the first stick showed over 65,000 errors , the other 3 sticks were all clear, completely corrupted the OS though and had to do a clean re-install. Al has been running smoothly the last 4 days
